+ Step 1: Login the service management tool we provide to the reseller (https://id.tenten.vn) with your id and password
+ Step 2: At "Hi customer" shown at the top right corner of the page, you click "Account Information" to update the information of the reseller account, or click "Change password" to change the password to login the reseller tool (https://id.tenten.vn)
NOTE: It is impossible to change some information such as the name, email address, representative information,....of the reseller, so if you want to change, please send a request to the mailbox: info@tenten.vn. Our customer support team will support you to change email address manually.
