Please follow the bellowing instruction to transfer the ownership of ".vn" domain name:
Step 1: You contact the current domain owner and the new owner to request them to sign and seal the required registration documents as bellowing:
1. REGISTRATION FORM TO TRANSFER AND RECEIVE THE OWNERSHIP OF THE VN DOMAIN NAME. (with information detailes and signature and company seal of the current owner and the new owner).
2. VN DOMAIN REGISTRATION FORM (with information details and signature, company seal of the new owner)
3. THE COMMITMENT FORM OF FULFILLING ALL RELEVANT TAX OBLIGATIONS WHEN USING VN DOMAIN OF THE CURRENT OWNER (with signature and company seal of the current owner)
+ If your client is organization, it only needs signature and company seal (or business license), no need passport/ID's scan. Company seal or color scan of business license is the documentation proving that that organization exist legally in their country and same with the whois information.
+ If your client is individual, it will needs individual's passport or ID. Passport and ID is the document proving that the individual client's information is exsit and the same with the whois information."

Step 2: You send all required documents at Step 1 to our email info@tenten.vn (on our working hours).
Step 3: We will check and send the documents to Registry in order to transfer the ownership of the domain name for you.
