Customer can SFTP (secure files transfer protocol) with SFTP Connection. You can connect SFTP with alot of application like filezilla, winscp, moba xtern, putty.
Step 1 : Go to SFTP connection to see login information.
Step 2 : Open your application, change protocol to SFTP and login to your hosting.
